No street frontage is present on this lot, and access to the property is via a mutual access easement located in Lot 21, Block 1 Bentree subdivision to the south. This lot is proposed to be developed as a potential sewer lift station. 

 

According to FEMA’s National Flood Hazard Layer, the north portion of the property is located in the 100-year floodplain. Water and sanitary sewer are available from the City of Broken Arrow.
