Background:

New Bedford Park, LLC is dedicating an offsite storm sewer easement for the purpose of constructing, maintaining, operating, and replacing drainage facilities and appurtenances, as shown in Exhibit A. This easement will serve the Pines III subdivision as shown in the approved conditional final plat. The conditional final plat for PR-000768-2024|PT-002730-2026, Pines III, was approved by the Broken Arrow Planning Commission on April 9, 2026 and by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 21, 2026.

 

City Staff has reviewed the easement and recommends its formal acceptance.
