Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed, Utility Easement, and Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from William J. and Kelly Penners and Shonna R. and Michael Crawford, owners.

Payment for the Temporary Construction Easement includes a Temporary Construction Easement over the Permanent Easement and Permanent Right of Way of 1,426 sf.

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.

Cost: General Warranty Deed: 434 SF @ $3.00 SF = $1,302
Permanent Utility Easement: 806 SF @ $3.00 SF X 75%= $1,814
Temporary Construction Easement: 1,426 SF @ $3.00/sq. ft. X 25% = $1,070
Damages: $16,280
Total Compensation Amount (Rounded): $ 20,000
