Background:

Armory, LLC is dedicating an off-site overland drainage and utility easement required by the development of The Estates at Ridgewood South, a residential development which is currently under review by the City of Broken Arrow Planning & Development Division.

 

The dedication of the 0.014-acre overland drainage and utility easement shown in Exhibit 1 provides utility service across northern boundary of the development.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the overland drainage and utility easement.
