Background:
On November 4, 2025, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ-002425-2025 to change the zoning on 10.60 acres from AG (Agricultural) to CG (Commercial General), and PUD-002428-2025, for a Planned Unit Development for Tower Corner. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of New Orleans Street (101st Street) and 9th Street (177th E Avenue/Lynn Lane). The property is currently unplatted; however, the Broken Arrow Municipal Authority dedicated right-of-way to the City of Broken Arrow along both street frontages. The development includes a municipal water tower and is anticipated to include future commercial uses.
