Background:
Executive Homes, LLC, is dedicating an offsite general utility easement as part of the development of The Grove I subdivision, as shown in Exhibit A. These offsite easements will be contained within the second phase of the subdivision and so are being dedicated via separate instrument in order to have them in place for the first phase of the subdivision.
City Staff has reviewed the easement and recommends its formal acceptance.
