Background:

SVR Investments, LLC and Metro Worldwide Properties, LLC., is dedicating right-of-way on property located at the northeast corner of New Orleans (101st Street) and Elm Place (161st Street). The right-of-way dedication was required with LOT-002023-2025, approved by the Planning Commission on April 24, 2025.

 

The dedication of the right-of-way shown in exhibit A has been reviewed by Staff and is recommended for acceptance.
