Approval of and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements for Jim Norton Chevrolet located at 3131 North Aspen Avenue

Background:
Mac Construction and Crossland Construction have completed the construction for the Jim Norton Chevrolet. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer and (3) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $221,590.71.
