Approval of and authorization to execute a Modification of Encroachment Agreement with Explorer Pipeline Company (Project No. ST1709)

Background:
This is a modification to an Encroachment agreement with Explorer Pipeline Company (EPL) signed on October 5, 2005 to construct a traffic signal above the easement at the Albany Street/Stone Wood Drive intersection. City, through its consultant Olsson Associates, negotiated the location of the traffic signal and its relationship to EPL’s infrastructure.
The Modification of Encroachment Agreement needs to be signed by the City Manager as the original agreement was signed by the previous City Manager.
No funding is needed for this agreement.
