Background:

The attached Utility Easement is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Sood Realty, LLC, the owner. Parcel 2.0 consists of 0.0547 acres of Utility Easement, is being donated for the Green Country Sewer Relocation located at 20105 East 36th Place, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Southeast Quarter of Section 19, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma.

A copy of the signed Utility Easement is attached.
