Background:
The Liberty Trail Retaining Wall project will add a drainage structure and rebuild the wall west of Elm along the trail. This project will abut the OTA property and all safety procedures are in place.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Add a water stop to the keyway to serve as an embedded waterproofing barrier.
- There is no change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $3,040.00
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
