Background:

The attached Temporary Construction Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from the Esmerejildo Moa and Diana Marie Moa, the owners.

 

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

 

Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
