Approval of final acceptance of the public improvement for AG Equipment Company located at 1900 North Hemlock

Background:
Mac Construction and Apex Plumbing completed construction for the AG Equipment Company. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Sanitary Sewer; and (4) Paving.
The owner is required by the final plat to dedicate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $444,842.78.
