Approval of and authorization to execute a Use Agreement with Broken Arrow Historical Society for fiscal year 2015-16

Background:
The attached Use Agreement permits the Broken Arrow Historical Society to use the Broken Arrow Historical Museum. The Agreement from previous years remains the same except for the following revisions:
I. The City agrees to pay for the electrical and natural gas costs of the premises during the full term of this agreement, not to exceed $20,400.00 per calendar year.
II. In the event that only low-point beer will be served, County and/or City permits must be obtained.
III. The Broken Arrow Genealogical Society shall be allowed to maintain their records in the space they currently occupy or in an equivalent space in the Historical Museum. A separate Use Agreement for the Broken Arrow Genealogical Society has been prepared.
IV. Term - Dates changed to reflect expiration date of Use Agreement to be June 30, 2016.
V. Licensee acknowledges that access to mechanical rooms and the equipment therein is restricted to qualified City personnel and approved contractors. These areas are to remain locked and free from obstruction.
VI. Sentence removed: City shall mow and fertilize outdoor areas surrounding the premises.
VII. City shall provide a commercial dumpster.
This Use Agreement shall commence upon execution and end on June 30, 2016.
Cost: Not to exceed $20,400.00 per calendar year
