Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1918 (A-1 to IL) and PUD 227 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on April 19, 2014, subject to the property being platted.  The property, located south of State Highway 51, one-quarter mile west of Evans Road, has been platted as 51 Aspen RV Storage.  The plat for 51 Aspen RV Storage, which contains 8.01 acres, was recorded in Wagoner County on September 19, 2015. 

Zoning Change: A-1 (Agricultural) to IL (Industrial Light)/PUD 227

Acreage: 8.01 acres

Legal Description for BAZ 1918 and PUD 227:

All of 51 Aspen RV Storage, a subdivision in the City of Broken Arrow, being a part of the NE/4 of Section 20, Township 18 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, Book:  2240, Page 513.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3389 and approve the Emergency Clause.
