The project NEEDA Study was for a study of a regional detention pond located north of Kenosha and east of Elm. $50,000.00 was authorized by council for this study. An outside engineering firm was contracted to perform the study. This contract was for $49,000.00. There is $1,000.00 left in the budget of this project.
