Background:
Section 18 of Ordinance Number 2468, which comprises the Non-Exclusive Franchise between Cox Communications and the City of Broken Arrow, provides for monitoring of the services provided by Cox. It states that on or before the first City Council meeting in May of each year, a representative of Cox shall appear before the City Council and present an annual report concerning the services provided and operation of the cable system. Ms. Tiffani Bruton, Director of Public Relations, Government Affairs of Cox Communications will present this year’s presentation.
