Background:

The attached Utility Easement (total 2,192.81 square feet) and the Temporary Construction Easement (total 2,735.15 square feet) are donated to the City of Broken Arrow by the Oklahoma Turnpike Authority.  The easements are required for the Aspen Creek Relief Line, a gravity sanitary sewer line that when constructed, will allow the removal of two lift stations (the Grey Oaks and the Florence Street stations).

Funding for the project is from Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) Loan No. FAP-16-0001-L.  Staff recommends that the Council accept the easements.
