The attached Temporary Construction Easement is being donated to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Kyle E. Hunt, Co-Trustee of the Kyle E. & Rebecca Carol Hunt Revocable Trust, DTD. August 4, 2004, the owner. Parcel 1.A consists of 45,545 square feet of temporary construction easement, located south of West Houston Street and east of South Olive Avenue in Broken Arrow, in the Northwest Quarter of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
