Background:

The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Michael Furrey and Annette Furrey, the owners. Parcel 12.0 consists of 7,651 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way and Parcel 12.A consists of 60 square feet of temporary construction easement, in the Southwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma. These donations are for the 37th Street Roadway Widening from Omaha Street to Dearborn Street, Parcels 12.0 and 12.A (Project No. ST21390).

A copy of the signed Donation Certificate is attached, as are the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement.
