Background:
The project consists of constructing and replacement of two (2) sludge thickener pumps, installation of a new magnetic-type flow meter, and modification and/or replacement of existing piping configuration. This project is located at the Lynn Lane Wastewater Treatment Plant in Broken Arrow, OK. Construction time will be 180 Calendar days.
The project was advertised on June 27th and July 5th, 2024. An optional Pre-Bid Meeting was held virtually on July 11th, 2024. There were two (2) bids received on July 18th, 2024. The Certified Bid Tabulation is attached. The lowest responsible base bid was Crossland Heavy Contractors Inc. for a Base Bid of $219,325.00. The Engineer’s Estimate for the Base Bid is $285,300.00.
