Background:
The Oak Crest addition Sanitary Sewer and Water Line Improvements project is rehabilitating the aging infrastructure throughout that neighborhood.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- Install 240 LF of 12” HDPE sewer pipe on line 2, including up size casing pipe for creek crossing.
- Install additional 4’ drop manhole on line 2 with additional 4 ft of depth
- There is a 15-day change in contract time.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $61,228.40
The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
