Background:
On October 8, 2008, the City Council reviewed and approved BAZ 1815 on property located one-third mile west of Evans Road, south of State Highway 51. BAZ 1815, a request to change the zoning from A-1 to IH, encompassed 5.82 acres. Later, on February 02, 2016, Planned Unit Development (PUD) 248 was approved on the same parcel. Both BAZ 1815 and PUD 248 were approved subject to the property being platted. 51 Aspen Mini-Storage, was recorded in Wagoner County on March 7, 2017.

be and the same is hereby changed from the zoning classification of A-1 (Agricultural District) to IH (Industrial Heavy) along with PUD 248.

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3509 and approve the Emergency Clause.
