The property owner, or their representative, has submitted an application requesting the closure of an easement on property located north of Houston Street (81st Street), east of 9th Street (Lynn Lane. The location and details of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.

Staff have reviewed the request and recommend acceptance of the easement closure.
