Approval of and authorization to purchase emergency vehicle equipment for new Police Department vehicles from 911 Custom utilizing National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) ValuePoint pricing

Background:
The Police Department is requesting the City approve the purchase of emergency vehicle equipment from 911 Custom for FY26 police vehicles. This equipment will be used to outfit seven new patrol Ford Explorers, eight new patrol Chevy Tahoes, one new EV patrol Chevy Blazer, two new K-9 Ford F150’s, and one new Ford T350 Transit van for the SOT medics. Pricing for this purchase is guaranteed by NASPO ValuePoint, a national government bidding consortium contract with the State of Oklahoma. This agreement and associated addendum have been reviewed by the City of Broken Arrow Legal Department. These items must be sold at or below the NASPO ValuePoint agreed price. 911 Custom has provided excellent customer service and quality products to the city for many years.
