Approval of final acceptance of the public improvements for Broken Arrow Post-Acute Health Center

Background:
D-Kerns Construction, Inc. has completed the construction of the Broken Arrow Post-Acute Health Center. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvement includes the following: (1) Storm Water; (2) Paving.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $269,739.00.
