Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Memorial Drive, LLC., and American Southwest Properties, Inc., the owners. Parcel 6.0 consists of 0.14 acres of Fee Simple Right-of-Way and 0.06 acres of Temporary Construction Easements generally located at 5900 South 193rd East Avenue, Broken Arrow, Oklahoma in the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 15 East, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma. Memorial Drive, LLC., and American Southwest Properties, Inc., has accepted the following offer, made subject to City Council approval:
Permanent Right of Way: 6280.08 SQUARE FEET (SF) @ $4.75 SF = $29,830.00
Temporary Construction Easement: 2,652.95 SF @ $4.75 x 20% = $2,520.00
Settlements Costs: $37,459.37
Total Just Compensation Amount = $69.809.37
A copy of the signed acceptance of the City's offer is attached, as is the General Warranty Deed and Temporary Construction Easement. Payment of the compensation amount is on the November 5, 2024, City Council Claims List.
