The property owner, or their representative, have submitted an application requesting the closure of a detention easement on property located south of Kenosha Street (71st Street), east of Midway Road (257th E Avenue), The exact location and description of the easement to be closed are detailed in the “Easement Vacation Exhibit” attachment.
Staff have reviewed the request and recommends acceptance of the easement closure.
