Approval and authorization to add additional licenses from Artic Wolf for cybersecurity Managed Detection and Response (MDR), and Managed Risk through Presidio

Background:
The City Council previously approved managed services from Artic Wolf on 04/05/2023 for cyber security management through Presidio, an authorized Artic Wolf vendor. This is to add to our monitored license count to account for additional City employees.
Presidio is an approved vendor on the Oklahoma state contract and authorized for services under City ordinance per Section 2-27 of the Broken Arrow Code allowing exceptions to the established competitive bidding process.
Cost: $16,507.50
Funding Source: Project # 2217060 for the ARPA Cyber Security Project
