Background:
Rezoning case BAZ-1732 (A-1 to RS-3), which contained 34.84 acres, was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on July 17, 2006, subject to the property being platted. A 34.46 acre portion of the property was platted in Tulsa County as The Village at Southern Trails II on August 18, 2023. The property is generally located one-half mile south of New Orleans Street (101st Street), one-half mile west of Aspen Avenue (145th East Avenue).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3870 and approve the Emergency Clause.
