Background:
This Agreement is for Garver, LLC to look at the possibility of adding waterline interconnections between Broken Arrow and the City of Bixby. This Agreement was originally approved on December 19, 2023, along with an Interlocal Agreement between both parties. Bixby and BAMA agreed to split the cost of this Agreement, but since the AE Agreement is between BAMA and Garver, LLC, BAMA is responsible for the initial payment to Garver and will then be reimbursed by Bixby. The original approval in December was just for BAMA’s portion of the Agreement, $40,000.00 instead of the full $90,000.00.
Cost: $90,000.00
