Background:

The attached Utility Easement conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from Burch Brothers Investment Company, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.

 

Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.

 

Funding for this project is from Broken Arrow Municipal Authority Water Utilities Repair & Construction Fund.


Cost:                                                                Utility Easement: 1784.7 SF @ $6.00/SF X .875% = $9,369.68
                                    Total Just Compensation Amount (Rounded): $  9,370.00
