Background:

On July 31st, 2023, The Broken Arrow Economic Development Authority requested to be supplied with a monthly update of ongoing progress of the Aspen Ridge Development. Per the request, a meeting between Jennifer Rush, Economic Development Manager and a development representative of Oaktrust took place on September 26th, 2023 to obtain information on the attached progress for the month of September.
