Background:
Engineering and Construction Department negotiated a Professional Consultant Agreement with Holloway, Updike, and Bellen, Inc. (HUB) to design and prepare construction documents, assist during bidding and construction, and prepare construction contract closeout documents for the Dresser Rand Lift Station project. The negotiated amount was $206,000.00. A change in scope has occurred that reduces the fee of the original Professional Consultant Agreement. This amendment is to reduce the agreement fee to $100,000.00.
