The attached General Warranty Deed is being conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow, a municipal corporation, from Michael Graham McGee and Agnes Louise McGee, Trustees of the Michael and Agnes McGee Revocable Trust, dated May 9, 2019, the owner. Parcel 1.0 consists of 8,333 square feet of permanent Right-of-Way and Parcel 1.1 consist of 5,775 square feet of utility easement located at 10202 South Lynn Lane Road in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, in the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 18 North, Range 14 East, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma.
