Consideration, discussion, and possible adoption of Ordinance No. 3871, an ordinance amending the zoning ordinance of the City of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, approving BAZ-2024, along with PUD-288, generally located north of the northwest corner of Florence Street (111th Street) and Aspen Avenue (145th E Avenue), granting CM (Community Mixed-Use) zoning classification upon the tract along with PUD-288, repealing all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, and declaring an emergency

Background:
On June 17, 2019, BAZ-2024, a request to change the zoning on the property associated with PUD-288 from A-1 to CM was approved by the City Council. BAZ-2024 & PUD-288 was approved subject to the property being platted. An 8.95-acre portion of the property was platted in Tulsa County as Village @ 1Eleven Flats on March 6, 2024. The property is generally located north of the northwest corner of Florence Street (111th Street) and Aspen Avenue (145th E Avenue).
Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3871 and approve the Emergency Clause.
