Background:
The project consists of constructing a new lift station next to the Broken Arrow Expressway behind the Public Safety Complex. The current work is approximately 90% complete and this change order would help push the project to completion
This Change Order #1 addresses the following additions to the contract:
• At the direction of COBA engineering and construction staff, additional quantities of construction have been identified for work above and beyond the original quantity within the contract, but still within the scope of the project work within the project corridor. These items include additional fittings due to unforeseen necessary vertical and horizontal alignment change. The line item quantities noted within this change order shall be extended such to contractually cover the associated additional work.
Contract Time Adjustments:
• Additional time consideration is 135 days.
