Consideration, discussion, and possible approval of Senior Softball USA Oklahoma Championship rebate request in an amount not to exceed $3,500

Background:
The Senior Softball USA softball tournament will be held June 11-14, 2026 and is expected to draw roughly 40 teams to Broken Arrow. There will be games played at both Challenger Sports Complex and Indian Springs Sports Complex. The youngest players will be in their 40s and oldest in their 70s or 80s. Many of the players bring their wives. Most players will be from out-of-state. This tournament has been held for at least 15 years in the Tulsa area and this will be the third time in Broken Arrow.
Projected attendance is roughly 600-850 including players, spouses, umpires and staff.
