Approval of and authorization to execute Pay Request Number 3 for Professional Design Services through the Vision 2025 Sales Tax Program in association with the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center

Background:
Stoney Creek Hospitality is requesting partial payment of Professional Services related to the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center. The attached documents reference to pay request number 3 from the Architect, Mike Hughes Architects, the Engineer, Cowan Group Engineering, and the Landscape Architect, RL Shears Company.
City staff has reviewed the pay requests and recommends approval. Payment will be through the Vision 2025 sales tax program. The draw amounts will be deducted from the contract agreement amount of $5,550,000.00.
Cost: $240,592.59 to Mike Hughes Architects and $33,181.32 to Cowan
Group Engineering, and $11,600.00 to RL Shears Company
