Background:

Rezoning case BAZ 1945 (R-3 to ON) and PUD 242 were approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on December 1, 2015.  Since the property was already platted and there were no changes in utilities, easements, or right-of-way lines, platting was waived.  The property is located one-half mile south of Kenosha Street, one-half mile west of 9th Street on the northeast corner of First Street and Detroit Street. 

 

Zoning Change:  CH (Commercial Heavy) to IL (Industrial Light) and PUD 238

 

Acreage: 1.03 acres

 

Legal Description for BAZ 1945 and PUD 242:

Lots Eleven (11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen (14), and Fifteen (15), Block Seventeen (17), ORIGINAL TOWN OF BROKEN ARROW, Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, according to the recorded Plat thereof.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3378 and approve the Emergency Clause.
