Background:
The attached General Warranty Deed conveyed to the City of Broken Arrow from TGI-KDH Services, LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company.
Staff has reviewed this action and recommends approval.
Funding for this project is from 2011 General Obligation Bond Issue.
Cost: General Warranty Deed: 150 SF @ $3.00/SF = $450.00
Total Compensation Amount: $ 1,000.00
