Background:
The Melinda Park Project is to repair sidewalk, drive entrances and mill and overlay the roads in the Melinda Park Neighborhood.
Change Order #1 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:
- There was an undetectable water main leak that crews had to spend five days locating the source of the leak, which was causing damage to the roadway subgrade.
- The existing 15-inch reinforced concrete pipe storm drain crossing the roadway within the Melinda Park Subdivision has deteriorated and requires replacement.
The total cost for Change Order #1 amounts to $16,640.00
