Background:

Rezoning case PUD 237 was approved by the Broken Arrow City Council on June 1, 2015, subject to the property being platted.  The property is located east of the southeast corner of New Orleans Street and Aspen Avenue.  The plat, Hardesty Center for Dance Education at Tulsa Ballet, was recorded in Tulsa County on September 1, 2015. 

 

Zoning Change:  PUD 237

 

Acreage:  3.94 acres

 

Legal Description for PUD 237:

All of Hardesty Center for Dance Education at Tulsa Ballet, part of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW/4) of Section Twenty-Seven (27), Township Eighteen (18) North, Range Fourteen (14) East, of the Indian Base and Meridian, a subdivision to the City of Broken Arrow, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, document number 6628.

 

Staff recommends that the Council adopt Ordinance No. 3397 and approve the Emergency Clause.
