Background:

Christopher R. Byrne is dedicating a utility easement for purpose of constructing, operating, and replacing utility lines and appurtenances. The property has been platted as Lot 2, Block 1, Kenwood Acres.

 

The dedication of this 0.07-acre utility easement shown in the attached legal description and exhibit covers the area needed for public improvements required as a condition of the site plan.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the utility easement.
