Acceptance of a Detention Easement from Green Property Management, Inc., on property located one-quarter mile north of Houston Street and one-half mile east of Midway Road, Wagoner County, State of Oklahoma, (Section 11, T18N, R15E)(Kensington Ridge II)

Background:
Green Property Management Inc. has submitted an application requesting the acceptance of a detention easement. This easement is being dedicated as an off-site easement for Kensington Ridge II, a single-family residential development. The detention easement allows access to a detention pond, shared by Kensington Ridge and Kensington Ridge II, through the Kensington Ridge subdivision. The conditional final plat was approved by Planning Commission on December 7, 2017 and is on the same City Council agenda as this item.
Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the detention easement dedication.
