Background:
The Purchasing Division prepared bid #26.157 for concrete. This item was sent to multiple vendors, advertised in the Tulsa World, and listed on the City of Broken Arrow website. Two (2) responsive bids were opened on June 2, 2026 from NexLevel Redi Mix and Greenhill Concrete.
Staff recommends awarding the primary concrete supply agreement to Greenhill Concrete with Nextlevel Redi-Mix designated as backup supplier, to be utilized as needed.
The funding source will be various funds as this bid is for multiple departments and will be charged accordingly.
