Approval of and authorization to accept the public improvements for Tractor Supply

Background:
Sherrill Construction Co., LLC have completed the construction for the Tractor Supply. The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements were constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.
Said Improvements include the following: (1) Water; (2) Sanitary Sewer; (3) Paving and (4) Storm Water.
The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City. These improvements have an approximate value of $362,000.00.
