                     Approval and authorization of Final Acceptance for the public improvements at The Reserve at Aspen Creek located at 1100 West Tucson Street

Background:

Griffin Construction has completed the construction for The Reserve at Aspen Creek.  The required improvements are in accordance with approved construction plans and appropriate construction documents. These improvements have been constructed under the supervision of the City of Broken Arrow, Department of Engineering and Construction.

 

Said Improvements are the following: (1) Water; (2) Storm Sewer; (3) Sanitary Sewer; and (4) Paving.

 

The owner desires to donate the public improvements identified above to the City.  These improvements have an approximate value of $477,981.03.
