Background:

 The Operations Center Administration building renovation project renovates the streets and stormwater facility to house the administration personnel for Utilities and Streets and Stormwater.

Change Order #3 addresses the following additions/deletions/changes to the contract:

-                     Change Order #3 is in regards to PR 007: Upper Roof Wall Panel Replacement. The scope of work includes removal of existing wall panels, metal stud infill, sheathing, fluid-applied vapor barrier, hat channel install, roof blocking, new metal panels, sheet metal flashing, and trims.

-                      Total cost of the Change Order is $76,901.00. However, owner contingency will cover $17,736.37. This brings the Change Order cost to $59,164.53. This also includes 10% markup as well.

-                     This will add 10 Days in project time

 The total cost for Change Order #3 amounts to $59,164.63

The additional cost associated with these changes is as follows:
