Background:

Eagle-1 Investments, LLC is dedicating an off-site access easement required by the development of Brook Chase Phase I, a residential development which is currently under review by the City of Broken Arrow Planning & Development Division.

 

The dedication of the 0.078-acre access easement shown in Exhibit 1 provides temporary across property which is planned to be platted as phase III of the Brook Chase development.

 

Staff has reviewed the documents and recommends acceptance of the access easement.
